This Privacy Policy describes how GymPNL LLC ("GymPNL," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information in connection with the GymPNL platform and the Main Event ticketing & event management service (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to this Policy.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly, including:

• Name, email address, and (optionally) mobile phone number when buying tickets or add-ons.
• Recipient name, team, and personalized message when ordering a candygram or similar add-on.
• Account information for event operators (name, email, role, gym affiliation).
• Athlete and roster information that operators upload as part of competition management.

Information collected automatically, including:

• Device, browser, and usage information when you visit our sites.
• Cookies and similar technologies for session management and basic analytics.

Payment information is collected and processed by Stripe, our payment processor; GymPNL does not store full card numbers. Stripe's handling of card data is governed by Stripe's privacy policy.

2. How We Use Information

• To deliver the Services, including issuing tickets, processing add-ons, and supporting check-in.
• To send transactional communications (purchase confirmations, ticket delivery, event updates) via email and, with your consent, SMS.
• To enable operators to communicate with their attendees about their events.
• To prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access, and to enforce our Terms.
• To analyze and improve the Services.
• To comply with legal obligations.

3. SMS Messaging

We send SMS only to mobile numbers that have affirmatively opted in via the consent checkbox at checkout. Messages relate to the specific event you bought a ticket for (e.g. show start times, schedule changes). Frequency is approximately 1–5 messages per event. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply HELP for assistance or STOP to unsubscribe at any time. We do not sell SMS opt-in data to third parties.

4. How We Share Information

• With Operators: when you buy a ticket or add-on, your name, email, phone (if provided), and order details are shared with the event Operator so they can fulfill and contact you about the event.
• With service providers: we use third parties to operate the Services, including Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), Twilio (SMS delivery), Supabase (database and authentication), and Vercel (hosting). These providers process information on our behalf under contractual obligations.
• For legal reasons: if required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights and safety.
• In a business transfer: in connection with a merger, sale, or financing.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Services and to comply with legal and accounting obligations. You may request deletion of your personal information by emailing us; some data may be retained as required by law (e.g. transaction records).

6. Your Choices & Rights

• Unsubscribe from marketing email via the link in any message.
• Opt out of SMS by replying STOP.
• Request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information by emailing us.
• Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws (e.g. California, EU). We will honor those rights as required by law.

7. Security

We use industry-standard practices (encryption in transit, access controls, secure infrastructure providers) to protect information. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children

The Services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by posting an updated version with a new "Last updated" date.
